BUYER'S DECLARATIONS AND GUARANTEES

I. The Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have read all preliminary information on the website www.ozgurmasur.com, and understands the essential characteristics of the product subject to this Agreement, its sale price, payment methods, and delivery conditions. This preliminary information is available electronically. By confirming this agreement electronically, the Buyer verifies that they have obtained the correct and complete information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price excluding taxes, the delivery fee, and payment and delivery details.

II. The Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information/conditions written in the contract, will comply fully and promptly with all obligations, and will assume the relevant rights and responsibilities associated with the purchasing process.

III. All intellectual property rights (information, articles, visuals, trademarks, logos, designs, texts, page layouts, etc.) on Özgür Masur and www.ozgurmasur.com are the exclusive property of Özgür Masur. No material on www.ozgurmasur.com may be altered, copied, downloaded, uploaded, reproduced, repackaged, republished, transmitted, redistributed, or resold in whole or in part, in any form. The use of materials on this website is strictly prohibited under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Legal and penal sanctions will be applied directly to the Buyer regarding this matter. The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and commits that all intellectual and industrial rights, including images, information, content, etc., on www.ozgurmasur.com belong to Özgür Masur under the Industrial Property Law, and they will not use or copy these rights for themselves or on behalf of third parties.

IV. The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and commits that they have read and understood the text of the Personal Data Protection Law on this Agreement and on www.ozgurmasur.com. The Buyer agrees to process and share information appropriately where permitted by law.
