SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Özgür Masur will send the products sold through its website, www.ozgurmasur.com, to the Buyer on the specified delivery date (unless otherwise requested by the Buyer) using its contracted courier company, in a special box and securely packaged.

Since the prices of the products listed on the website are determined excluding taxes and delivery charges, taxes and delivery charges will be paid directly by the Buyer. The BUYER shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted this provision.

Özgür Masur cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the courier company’s late delivery or non-delivery of the ordered products to the Buyer.

In the case of damaged packages, the damaged packages should not be accepted, and a report must be prepared by the courier company representative. If the courier company representative believes that the package is not damaged, the Buyer has the right to open the package there to verify that the products were delivered undamaged and request that this be documented in a report. Once the package is accepted by the BUYER, the courier company's duty will be considered fulfilled. Furthermore, the BUYER accepts any responsibility that may arise from this situation.
