GDPR CLARIFICATION TEXT

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any information that can identify you, either directly or indirectly, will be processed by Özgür Masur Fashion Design and Textile Trade Ltd. Co. (hereinafter referred to as Özgür Masur) as Personal Data. "Processing of Your Personal Data" refers to all kinds of operations performed on data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, making accessible, classifying, or preventing the use of your personal data.

The GDPR came into effect on May 25, 2018. If there are personal data obtained legally by our company before the enactment of this regulation, they will be processed and preserved in accordance with the Information Text and the conditions and terms regulated in the GDPR.

As Özgür Masur, we emphasize the utmost importance of the security of your personal data, continuing our activities with the awareness that the security of your personal data is a priority in the services we provide.

During the use of your personal data in our services, the privacy of your private life and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms is our fundamental principle.

**Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data:**

Your personal data, which is considered personal data under the GDPR, such as identification information, address, phone number, tax number (if available), and other information, will be processed to be used in the services provided in accordance with the laws and regulations we are subject to, to determine your needs, and to offer you better services in the future. This includes preparing information and documents that will serve as the basis for transactions conducted on paper or electronically, fulfilling the information retention, reporting, and notification obligations required by the relevant legislation to judicial and administrative authorities, performing our services within the framework of the laws we are subject to, and providing other services offered or requested by our institution.

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, the processing of personal data without the explicit consent of the relevant person is possible if one of the following conditions exists:

1. It is necessary for the performance of a contract.
2. It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
3. It is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
4. It is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
5. It is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

**Transfer of Your Personal Data:**

Your personal data held by our company may be transferred to persons, institutions, and/or organizations permitted or required by the laws and regulations we are subject to, within the framework of legal limitations.

**Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data:**

Even if processed in accordance with this regulation and other relevant legal provisions, if the reasons for processing personal data no longer exist, such data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by the data controller either ex officio or upon the request of the relevant person.

Provisions regarding the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data in other laws remain reserved.

Procedures and principles for the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data will be regulated by a regulation.

**Method of Collecting Personal Data:**

Your personal data is collected through various methods, including sales, returns, exchanges, and other transactions documented with your approval and/or signature in accordance with the relevant legislation, notifications you make through electronic approval and/or signatures, and through our branches, websites, and other channels, either verbally, in writing, or electronically.

**Your Rights Under the GDPR:**

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to know the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically/internationally, to request correction if it is incomplete/incorrect, to request deletion/destruction under the conditions specified in the GDPR, to request notification of operations carried out according to the relevant clauses to third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to a result arising against you due to solely automated processing, and to request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

The data controller will respond to requests made in accordance with the nature of the request free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the relevant authority.
